Heart of the Incendium
Heart of the Incendium is a platforming game made in the Unity 2D engine. The game places the player in the role of Syberia, a winter witch
who is trying to obtain more power by acquiring the Dragon’s Heart, a magical
treasure located at the top of the Incendium. The game is unique in the fact that the player has ice abilities that allow her to freeze enemies and turn them into frozen platforms, which the player can use to reach previously inaccessible places and solve puzzles. Heart of The Incendium allows players to feel the satisfaction of building their own path to victory!

Role - Producer
- Support team members and provide direction when needed
- Work with Publisher to determine milestone requirements, and manage expectations
- Remove team blockers
- Mitigate major team risks
- Check tasks against plan
- Create test plan and manage testing sessions
- Advise team on game development
- Maintain team’s overall wellness
- Reinforce agile methodologies
- Update and finalize planning documents: GDD, ADP, ADB, Product Backlog, Sprint Backlogs, and Sprint Retrospectives
